Afternoon all,

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Dexter Kibble, I'm an Account Manager and Registered Mortgage Adviser at Chase De Vere Mortgage Management.

In these turbulent times and with the mortgage market changing daily, now more than ever there is a requirement for true independent mortgage advice.

With the surprise Bank of England base cut by 0.5% today (A day early, currently 4.5%) I am expecting see vast movement from lenders in the coming days/weeks.

With rates still competetive and lenders willing to lend now is the time to act if you are currently on your lenders Standard Variable rate or approaching the end of your product term.
