Location, location, location - new series

Is anyone watching the new series? I have to say I'm really enjoying it. Some of the dialogue between Kirsty and Phil seems a little more scripted but they're so natural together.

And what is it with the guys this year? The series is full over impractical, head-in the-clouds, stubborn men. It's the women who definitely keep it all together.

I think you're right about the women and men on this series. Some real laughs there. I especially loved Phils reaction to the guy who had an excel spread sheet with 32 different must-haves on his wish list. They ended up with everything they wanted but personally, I thought that barn conversion wasn't great. Especially for a budget of about £1,000,000.
Fair play to them though - they obviously worked hard at their business and got what the property they wanted.

I have never heard of this show, being as though I am not from the UK that is probably why. What is it about?
